Orders are processed promptly and typically delivered within up to 1 week from the date of purchase, subject to product availability.
Free delivery is offered on orders over €50 (including VAT) within Malta mainland only. Delivery charges may apply for orders below this amount or for locations outside the mainland.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, public holidays, transport delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery or upon leaving the goods at the designated address.

2. Order Processing
All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.
Customers will be notified if an item is out of stock, delayed, or unavailable.
PlumbElec Malta reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules when necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.

3. Refunds and Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
Damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
After inspection and approval, PlumbElec Malta will provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Change of mind, incorrect purchases, or minor packaging imperfections do not qualify for a refund or return.

4. Delivery Outside Mainland Malta
Delivery to locations outside mainland Malta may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes.
